Basically, you're just being a parrot that repeats the rules in those threads.
My suggestion is that instead of being a parrot, you just reply on the thread as if nothing was wrong with it. Then you can still point out that he did something wrong. That way you make a contribution to the thread instead of parroting a rule, something that person doesn't need at that time.
So if you see that you're going to post a reply that is nothing more than a rule, press your back button or make a useful reply first.
