RULES:
- 5v5 only, Echo 8 (1st POV, 9 rounds) or Clan Server.
- NO SPOP
- NO Armor
- NO scar light, m12s, kriss and thompson

How do I go about getting on the Top CF Clan List?
- 1, Get vouched by a team of a higher color.
- 2, Send me the correct # of Screenshots appropriate for the color.

How do I contact the list runner to be moved up?
- Send me a PM with this template
- Title : (Clan name) (Vouching or Scrimmed)
- Information : *if Scrimmed* (My Clan) v. (Opposing Clan Name)
*if Vouching* (name of team you're vouching) to "Color".
*if not on the list* Ask to be put into the Yellow Category
If your PM does not follow this, it will be ignored.

Vouching:
- You need TWO vouches to be moved into a color one below the vouchers.
- You need ONE vouch to be moved two colors below the voucher.
- I will be the decider if the vouch is Accepted or not.
- Those are the only current restrictions.

Screen Shot Method:
- Must beat the team consistently - 1 SS does not mean anything
- Both teams must be playing with out ringers.
- Must screenshot both sides of the maps
- To move to
Black - 10%
Red - 25%
Green - 50%
Blue - 75%
Yellow - 100%
