Patch issue i need help posting screenshot to the gms

yes the title says it all, im guess that they don't anyways, Seems how iv'e made Numerous amounts of threads seeking help about this Patch problem i'm Reluctantly having every time i open it and it gets going, and still they see it because they reply to it sometimes but they don't help me? the squires and beginners give me better information then The GM or MODS do, but what i don't get is how they Continue to say they care but don't know a solution, if they could send me a downloadable patch would be great, im not a computer Genious i cannot Re - arrange patch Items for unwanted items, so i wouldn't even try? but they won't believe it, i tried combat arms for the first time today, BLOWS!!! XD Crossfire owns it and counter strike, one of my favorite games is crossfire, i will try to send a stupid Screen shot but idk how to get them on here, can anyone tell me how to get screen shots on here?:(:mad::mad::mad::(
