clan points being deducted?

when i checked my clan page this morning to see if we went up the ranking but i was shocked to see that its 42 points lesser that yesterday..can anybody tell me whats the reason behind this huge points deduction?

Every weekend it deducts 10% CPs from every clan.

Once a week, 5 or 10% of points accumulated is deducted from every clan...

It's 10%.

Its 5% every Saturday.

20. How are clans ranked?
• Clans are ranked by clan points, which are received by clan members who are playing online. For every 500 EXP earned by a clan member one (1) clan point is awarded to that player’s clan. Clan points can also be earned by playing and winning clan matches and through special events and promotions to be announced. At the end of each week, 5% of all clan points will be taken/removed from all clans. Clans will then be ranked according their number of remaining clan points.

i know this already...i was just asking about the deduction thingy..when i read this before i stop when i read the 500xp= 1cp so i didnt get to read the rest, like the one that says 5% of the cp will be deducted every week.. but thanks for pasting this here.
