URGENT: Bought a Clan Name Change, Name Changed To [?]????O™! Didnt get what I payed4

I just spent 9.5kzp on a clan name change and I didnt get what I paid for...
My old clan name was *[The]Reaper and I wanted to change it to [М]άјίĸΩ™. When I bought it, I entered in [М]άјίĸΩ™ into the box and clicked use etc etc. Then when I went in game to admire it, all I see is [?]????O™ and Im freaking out!
Can a game GM please help me really fast? I cant really recruit people into a clan called that...Its strange and I didnt pay for it. 10kzp costs me $12 in Australia and I cant afford to just but more zp to get it changed back.
Please help

PS I did send a support ticket, but I need a GM to help me quicker. I cant wait the usual three days and a bit for a ticket to be read and responded to.

It's not frequently possible that they would help you with that after numerous posts they wont help me with patch install fails so you would have to pay the additional 10$ although it isn't there fault because if you read terms and uses you will see they do not support that font, Have a nice day

Yee..... this happened to me 2 with my ex-clan.... we tried to change in a way and turned in -nO*Lsve instead of -nO*Love with special characters. GM posted and told me that we got to look at the characters that we can use... so the best idea is to spend the money.
