mav looking for team

I'm looking for a team that won't fall apart in the near future, is above average playing skill but most of all should have the patience to build team chemistry and to get a lot better. I think I already know my spectrum of selection, and I would probably prefer to build a team rather than join one that's shaky. On a side note, leave your egos out of the equation, you should be mature enough to understand that not everybody cheats and that you're not invincible and dying is part of the game, so why complain about it? It's unlikely this is going to work based on the reputation of the game, but i'm giving it a shot...so..yea
