New gaming rig

Anyone know how high my frames per second will be with these specs?

AMD Athlon x3 440 @ 3.0ghz
ATI Radeon 5770 1gb
4 gigs of 9 latency RAM
7200rpm 500GB Harddrive
Windows 7 64 bit

I'll be playing on maxed out settings..

I'll take a guess at somewhere around 110-140 fps. At the very least, your fps should be stable in the 3 digit range.

mmm, well I have an amd athlin x4 2.8ghz (4 cores) a 512mb gpu and 4g ram. AND I am runnin on xp 32 bit. And I get about... 80-110 8v8 td on highest with music playing.
You might get a little more. But windows 7 fails especially the 64bit part.

You may want to have your computer looked at. Everything that I have is worse than that and I get around 90-130.

Remember these kids are giving estimates.

Sometimes your FPS can drop by 20, due to background running applications.

I have core i7 2.8 GHz, ATI Mobility Radeon 5470, about 70-200 FPS. Yours should be 250-300 I believe

i know xp aint the best operating system but i like it and it does the job, its stables fps aswell never below 250 even when running multiple tasks or virus scanning.

The crossfire engine is just weird. I'm running windows7 64bit, i5(4x2.6ghz) with an ati 5850 graphicscard and 4gb ddr3 ram. the fps is about 350 in a 1v1 and can vary from 70 to 250 in a 8v8

Nice Noctua are the best cpu coolers you can get atm.

Here's an idea, may seem 'far out' or crazy at first, but I'll say it anyways. Why don't you just turn on CrossFire, enter a match, press 'tab', and see for yourself?

how dose windows 7 fail???? i have windows 7 64 bit and its great???? the only windows that has failed is vista (vista BIG time fails) i sent my laptop back and had it replaced with xp

that's a lie. The 9400GT is a weak card, you probably barley get anything over 100.

win 7 x64 doesnt fail cuzz i installed win xp and i had like 15 fps and when i installed win7 i have like 45-50
