Stolen Account

I need to know what to do if your account gets hacked because my friend a regular player for a bout a year got his hacked becasue his little brothers friend looked over his shoulder while he was typing pass. (i talked to him on vent) If a [M]od want to talk to him let me know and you guys can disscuss everything but also he was a high rank and spent about 200000 ZP on that account [A]zn*[D]onn he can tell you all! past info and pass but he wants his account back.
P.S he never told anyone his pass this was just a fluke and this kid has done this before but gave the account back last time.
