It probably won't for a while. Just let it download for a while or let them patcher just keep going. End process sometimes and turn it off and restart it. That also helps.

OMFG was redownloading again and the speed was 23k / s. Downloaded utorrent (less than 20sec) and with utorrent the speed is 450k/s. Lost an hour of my life with the mirror downloading (was 5hours total XD) now i stopped the mirror dl and put utorrent try it you will see a difference^^.
