I've seen this, I think CF tried fixing their graphics. A part of the SPOP disapears and you cannot see her until she moves.

That has nothing to do with Ghost Mode.. it a texture issue with caracthers, depending on where you are located in the map. (It has that bug with SPOP sometime.. even if shes in front of you)
Sometimes you dont see her, just the guns, or the head and the entire body is missing.

People saying that this is GM.. seriously, u bad

It's not a cheat. It's an occlusion bug that seems to be popping up on certain maps. It's been reported and should be fixed in a future update.
