Ill explain to you basics about jobs.
When you apply to a job, your not sure to get it.
Once they send you a letter with all insurance and stuff, that you have to choose, it means you HAVE the job. SO, at that point, for the governement, your licensed with that salary and those insurance. Because since 3 days, I work there, but I officialy start after summer. See, not THAT hard to understand! -
