File error when opening

hello guys, since the new patch i open up cf and load it up it comes with an error can you please help me

possibly a gm more than a player but im up to any help thanks

When you see the error press prt scrn at the top of your keyboard and go to paint. Then click on edit. And paste. Save it and go to http://www.tinypic.com/ and upload it and post the link.
