Yes we scrim alot when people are on. When +3 are on we do scrim we have plans and yeh we have 3 slots left

No you can just join. I look at you when you scrim. If you do bad i give another chance and if you do bad again last chance. and last if you do it bad again you will get trained ( Helped to get better)
