Xtrap issue....

Well, this is the error im getting....

Never had an issue with xtrap until this update. Any ideas? The problem is, I have closed all of my programs....

You will need to open Task Manager to the Processes tab and see what background tasks are running. You can do a google search of the process name to see if it is a necessary system process or not. Non-essential tasks can be shut down.

I have the same issue. I don't believe I have ANY processes running in the background. I also do not have an antivirus and my firewall is definitely not the issue.

WOW.... i cant lol. Anyways, the issue seems to be Bit Defender 2010. Everyone i have seen with this problem is also running this program.

my CF was running smooth with BD 2010 before the patch came out, so it's the problem in the x-trap servers, too many ppl patching or some shiat... or they are down, or they crashed or i will freak out couse i cant play cf... something will happen or already did like me freaking out
hope they fix it asap -.-

its bit defender. everyone i play with uses another program and they have no problems.

i have the same problem but i don't have BD..i'm using Avira but it's always turned off..so shiit..pls fix it fast !!

If you have something like process explorer running on the background, turn it off.
I guess xtrap monitor the running processes, and forbid any unknown background running when to start a game. But it doesn't know what some small utilities are for, even though something like process explorer (microsoft software) are from trusted companies.

It is NOT Bit Defender. I do not have that on my system. I also do not have an ANTI-Virus installed and a firewall that can block this program. The program is cleared in every aspect on my computer, yet I still get this same error you are.

well, in my case it is. that was the only other process running other than crossfire and explorer.

Xtrap issue....
