Lower the gun sounds.

Also, speed up the parts where you are peeking at nobody.

The flash after the first awp shot was a nade or an added effect? If it was an effect it wasn't needed.

As a MvM my self. I have some tips for you
1- Contrast is too high
2- the sounds of gun over flows it
3- when you did your awm scene cut out the parts that you didnt get a kill, make it look like a quick 2k.
