Problem in crossfire!

I got problem in crossfire, when i play i cannot jump i have been tried chanke that jump to other button. but it doesent works, what is the problem? i wanna rely know, coz i cannot jump i have been tried that to chanke it... but help me! i rely wanna know why!

P.S: Other people have been sayed to me about ''english keyboard'' coz, i dont have ''english keyboard'', so i cannot jump. (im from finland, sory about that my bad english, if u dont understand all of this ****, ask me than.)

Open options
Alt-shift
Alt-ctrl
Map SHIFT to your shift-key
Map CTRL to your ctrl-key.

Works for me. Not sure why.

before u go to a room go options and change it.or as dot said alt+shift works too in game.

Or put your game to windowed mode from the options. After that change your keyboard language to english on the taskbar.
Then go back to the game options and click on jump, and click spacebar. Then save.
