Something wrong with my FPS

i have been playing cf since it came out but suddenly i noticed my fps is at 5 and it hasnt changed for a couple days anyone know why?

my fps was around 50 before

Maybe you installed a program that is using the video memory? Make sure all other programs are closed before you run CrossFire.
