eat at home
2 meals a day
2 snacks a day
nothing too big
and don't eat too little, if you don't eat enough, your body will slow down, thus burning less calories, therefore not losing any weight.....for a long time.
work out
play the wii
also, keep a positive attitude.
i lost 30 pounds in about 4 weeks or so doing this. I weigh 185 now
