Tips on dieting?
Going to be honest, the past few months getting hit with depression & all I felt comfort with food, a little too much really. Eh, I let my self go @__@
Ending up gaining 43lbs and am currently weighing in @ 238LBS for a 6ft. 16 yr old. Keep in mind i'm no weekling... I work out every other day for 2 hours to keep myself semi-built.
I am disgusted with myself, my diet consists of crap. Literally.
If anyone has tips please share them, I am so willing to get rid of this. Looking to weigh in @ 180 by august.
And please, I beg of you... No rude comments

1st of all: there is no shame in being ~200 pounds at 6 feet.
2nd, the best way to lose weight without starving your body is to DRINK ALOT OF WATER! Also, cut back on soda and other drinks packed with calories. You see, when you eat a 500 calorie sandwich, it fills you up twice as much as a 250 pound filet. But drinking a 100 calorie can of MtnDew will actually DEHYDRATE you and ADD CALORIES WITHOUT NOURISHMENT. 1 or 2 glasses or low fat milk is awesome for your bones and tastes good with cookies. (mmmhhhmmm, doom cookies). So basically:
Eat Veggies and Fruit to balence out the meat and other parts of your diet. Drink mainly water and occasionally milk. Try staying away from food with alot of ingrediants. Keep it simple. Good luck

drink tons of water
exercise every day, working out does **** for your body weight, you have to run and do cardio
start out by running a mile EVERY night, after a few days bring it up to a mile and a half, two miles, etc you wanna get to the point where you can run 3+ miles without stopping
remember to run EVERY night no excuses
straight up stop eating that ****, you feel so much better about yourself when you do. start out by cutting the candies and chocolates etc. then slowly cut out chips and stuff like that
start trying new fruits, if you can before school or something go out and buy a prepacked fruit salad from a store or deli or just make your own at home
another option is buy(or have) a blender and make your own fruit smoothies every morning (find guides online)
its really all about disciplining yourself and its not gonna be some quick transformation. the quicker you cut out the bad habits the better youll feel about yourself and the happier you'll be in the end
the longer you keep up those bad habits the longer youre overweight and depressed
option 2 drink alot of alcohol every night and throw up every night
1 more question do you have acne? -

woah! thats a lil extreme, i thought he wanted a diet not a workout routine. this sure as hell would work, but i dont think he needs to go that far. -

you dont even need to stop gaming honestly
once you get up to the point where you can run at a distance, you can literally run 4 miles in probably 40 minutes at most... that takes not even an hour of your time?
stop drinking ALL soda/drinks like that, try to seriously limit yourself to water or things such as green tea (with antiox's)
regardless all the things i mentioned are barely a dent in what you could be doing to get the max results, changing your diet is only a big deal the first few days after a while you dont notice a difference at all
honestly i went on a diet last summer and when all you eat is food thats healthy everything in your body feels great and your personality and mood gets so much better -

anyways, just cut down food, exercise daily, every evening, after eating 2 hours later, we'd run to this what we call a "small hill", it's just a big dirt piled up so high, it's higher than the lampost, ya, we'd run up and down for 5 times. burn calories.
do it.......... if you want rock hard abs with beautiful muscle.........like mine -
