Clan MARK bugged on GAME!

Hey guys!
HELP ME!

I just change my Clan MARK today and then when i get in on game the clan mark ISN´T right!
I mean that on my clan page the Mark IS PERFECT RIGHT ...a yellow circle with white detail and A FOX inside the circle!

THAT IS RIGHT!!! ..THIS MARK WITH A RED FOX ON _roOtz_ clan page IS THE RIGHT ONE...

BUT ...when i log in on cross game this mark is WRONG there...is a one with the same structure but with a kind of BEAR PAW inside the circle....THAT´S WRONG! THAT ISN´T THE MARK WHICH I MADE!!!

The RIGHT Mark is with a red fox inside the yellow circle with white detail!!!

Could you guys fix that please?

you have to reload the game for the changes to take effect

The Mark BUG still happens ON GAME.

..i never saw that before too.
On the clan page are OK ...and in the game WRONG.

Happened to me once with the Gasmasks
i selected the first one and i got it on the website
and in game it showed me the other gasmask

When Fallen changed the CF Mods clan icon, it did take a couple of days for it to show the change in game. That is what I'm assuming what is going on buddy

I'm a clan leader, changed a couple of times.. it changes right away.

Pain...the weird thing is that the clan MARK already changed but the most important image (red fox on center) was switched by this terrible "bear paw" ....as you can see on the screens which i posted.

Anyway ...i already sent 2 (TWO) support tickets for the Z8 team and NOTHING come back to me.

So far i´m just praying and giving time to see if that changes to the RIGHT mark which is in our Clan page.
I hope that with this "update patch" tomorrow my clan MARK get back to the right one.

About the clan MARK ...Z8 team answered me but with nothing special...they will check it and hunt this bug.
I hope that get fixed with this new patch today...

Guys...almost ONE WEEK with this clan Mark bugged on game and nothing to fix shows up!?!?!?

Sorry...but i think that is NOT fair to me ...i "paied" 12k GP to change it ...i don't wanna expend more GP or ZP to fix that cuz ISN'T MY FAUL ... right?

Please or fix that or "pay" my GP back or donate 1500ZP for my clan then i do a new one .... FAIR deal

Dam...i really liked the Mark with this RED FOX

Clan TWSS mark

same thing has been happening to us, we just changed it and the red fox is not showing, Im looking through the forum to see if someone can help us, and looking at this thread, seems like no one will.... I really hope someone from Z8 can at least answer about it, cuz we really love our new clan mark. At least give my clan leader her GP back.
