That's been the date, patches are usually held thursday or friday 1AM so players can wake up to a batch of fresh brewed patch.

It depends where you live.

In canada the patch will began @ 1AM and end @ 3AM

In West coast 11PM & end @ 1Am

Thx for the screen shot. So my guess is patch for me (living in Florida will be 2am-4am as norm.)
