Dont know if the post is in the right place but i have discovered a totally free program for in game communication you can create a free server and have as many people as you like it can be found at this adress:

I just downloaded it. Program seems simple. Trying to get my own server to bring in some people to test out the voice quality. Admin says they use Speex codecs, so that's promising.
