Weird things happening while playing GM.

While playing in the map Laboratory as a GR my weapons went all out of ammo, my granade disappeared and the knive did not appeared in the screen. So I decided to throw all my weapons and suddenly an M12 respawn on the floor. I took the M12 and continued playing, after one or two seconds I was able to see every ghost in the map and after every round I did not respawn, I just continued running around with the same ammo and life. I tried to talk with my team but no one answered back. Please if anyone is having the same problem share your experience.

PS: This is the first time it happens to me.
