MOD question

Somewhere in one of my threads Greycloak said that mods are truely volunteers. But do they get paid as well to take up this job? I mean its definetly more than what people think it is.

Mods are 100% volunteers. They do not receive any payroll. The only staff that receive pay are the GMs, CMs, and the Developers.

From what I heard, Mods receive ZP contributions for their work.

They get a small amount of zp.

Not a single one of them became a mod for the zp though. Its just z8's way of saying "Hey thanks for you know, watching the forums and stuff like that.

thats what they tell ya, i bet they get like 10k every week maybe even more, and thats enough to get a big advantage ingame.

It used to be performance related before you became a mod.

But trust me people, its not a lot of ZP. Considering that we don't do anything in game and only have the forums to watch over, its more than enough.

Naa. Hes a lieu because it turned out that way. All mods are one the same level once off probation.

Probation lasts a couple months. Its not a big deal.

As brucey and dot were saying, we do get some zp. Not a huge amount or anything.

I do believe I can speak for the whole group of us and say that we don't do it for the zp, we do it because we all hated me a typical player and nothing changing with the game.

The GMs do listen to all intelligent suggestions and try to implement them.
