I got hacked...

Ye i got hacked i have no idea HOW... my pc is virus clean and i never gave out my user name and password. The Hacker probably changed all my account information. I sent in a support ticket to Account Issues and i am waiting i know i wont get a response since its long weekend in the ticket i posted all the past names because i got a name change like 3 times. What other things should i include in the ticket i also included last password and recovery question and the user id. Can someone help me and those who were hacked before can leave some tips, what are the chances of me getting my account back???

i think if u dont have your password clikc like forgot password and then they will send it to the email you registered with it

ye i did that the email never came to me which probably means that the hacker changed the email to his own

its impossible for him to change email unless u gave out ure security answer somehow
its a slim chance ull get it back

If you are 100% sure that you have never given out your account information then you most likely have a keylogger embedded on your system. Most antivirus software will not detect keyloggers. Try scanning your system with Malwarebytes Antimalware, which has a rootkit detector.

Why would your ingame name and forum name be WH.dll?

Maybe you downloaded a wallhack and got keylogged

ye i think i did
i scanned my pc and i had a bunch of garbage spam i got rid of it hopefully
i used spysweaper and avira

use that didnt get a email

and i sent in a ticket and i got a response for reciept numbers from when i bought zp so i sent them that as proof aswell so hopefully i will get my account back soon.

no i dont hack. if i did i might have just posted this whole thread on mp/gh or d.xt
