Question on FPS

0.99 GB
If that is correct.
thats not right. ram goes in like... 256 mbs , 512 mbs , 1,024 mbs and so on.
hmm.
go to crucial.com (a worker at best buy refered me to it)
on the left side, click memory upgrade, and click scan my system. its a safe program.
after it scans your system it will show your computer specs, like how much ram you have, and how much the max your computer can be upgraded to, like i have 3g, and the max my computer can have is 4g. -
Is it free?
(Sorry I'm not a PC expert xP)
yep, all you do is click scan my system, it will download something, double click on the downloaded file and it scans it.
the results will be on another tab of your internet browser
as you can see near the bottom of the page are my system spec's. like i said before, my computer can handle up to 4gb, but has 3gb in it.

How much did this increase your FPS?
its not something that increases your fps, its to show how much ram you have. if you have enough ram, you wont need that ram booster.
right now the only way i can think of boosting MY OWN fps is by getting a aftermarket cpu. i already have an aftermarket graphic card, i just need a cpu that can handle it. -

Those are my results. No clue what they mean though. I'm sure you would know.
alright, you've got 1gb of ram, and your computer can handle 4gb.
you can try that ram bootser, but im not sure if it will make much of a difference. 1gb is sufficient to run this game. -
Ok thanks man!
1 GB RAM might be enough to run the game. But here's another issue, what OS do you have. If your running anything from Vista and up...you need to have at least 2 GB of RAM...other then that your pushing into vertual RAM....aka using your HD as RAM...slowing everything you do down. Upgrade your RAM to around 2 GB, its cheap and even S0b3r could install it.

What's that suppose to mean? -.-'
I think its time I posted my guide I wanted to do... -
To improve FPS the general priority for getting better FPS/Graphics is:
Video Card >> RAM >> CPU.
Adding more RAM won't make much difference if your using an on-board Video Card. Better Video Cards tend to consume more RAM.
Umad?
Even the motherboard might make more difference in FPS than RAM....(assuming you have enough RAM e.g 2GB+) -

well since we all know so much about it. cept for me. i have a question about a way i could raise my fps.
my cpu is an intel celeron cpu 450 @ 2.20ghz. from what i've heard, thats like the MOST basic cpu there is. made for just email and that fun shiz.
i have 3gb ram. and im running windows 7.
my gfx card is an nvidia geforce 9400gt
my drivers are updated. so would buying a better cpu make my fps go up?
