Myself and Lux are thinking of making a WOGL cash league team

Requirements:
16+/Deep voice
Vent and Mic
Good scrim EXP/good past teams
pure riflers/snipers
Hold a site, call out Get frags
Under 150 ping
Fluent English

Tryouts would be:
To get in a 1v1 against one of our s5
To stay you will get 1-2 days of scrims

Cut:
Don't call
Can't hold a site
Don't have a mic
SPOP/Bad guns
Bottom frag everytime you scrim
Fail the 1v1

u should atleast try someone out in a scrim before you cut them from the 1v1

Honestly I don't see anything wrong with 1 v 1's it shows the team that they aren't going to waste their time scrimming with a horrible person who can't even get a shot off. It'll just make the team look bad scrimming with someone who has no shot. 1 v 1 do show a minimal of vital skill but it also shows the minimal requirement to be a decent player ex: decent shot/decent reaction time

Gotta agree with falloutttt, but some people fail in 1v1 and are better in teamwork. What is WOGL again? Thats right, a teamwork strategy. Theres less than 10% of chances that u get in a 1v1 during a match when everyone around u is dead.
