Press "QQ" for recoil on assult rifles?

Can QQ be used for assult rifles or will it be faster just to wait for the recoil to cool down?

^us Non-Skill light users have recoil btw:p

  Depends on the pullout time (TWSS), but I doubt any rifle's pullout time is quicker than just waiting a split second for cooldown.
