Ventrilo DirectSound problem

So i downloaded ventrilo for my new user account on my computer and this is what came up:

Please help me out, do i need to download some thing else?

looks like you havent installed your sound driver.

What soundcard or motherboard do you have? If your PC came with a CD full of drivers, run that.

anything that has to do with sound driver isnt on the program list :'(
how do i get it on the list again?
because it was working last night(my sound)

Yes i think you need to install your sound on your computer or something

did you check your real sound on the computer, is that working. If not i might try redownloading it or try running it as Admin/ Administrator: Right click on vent to use that option

Can i just re-download another sound driver from the internet?
