OK so i bought 10k zp like 4 day ago and the money was taken out of bank account and i didnt get the zp can a Mod/Gm explian to me please, yes i have send ticket support but so far nothing happening i want my zp or money back.

It said credit card take instantly for zp, it not paypal where you have to wait...

You're saying you bought it from a debit card, as it was taken from your bank account. Then you have to WAIT!

the money was tken instantly, but i get no zp for 4 day now...

This could be a payment processing error, maybe the payment processor has not verified the payment yet.

Contact your bank and issue a refund then try the transaction again.

4 days is a bit long

send a support ticket. They can check your transactions to check you paid and didnt recieve your zp. If this is the case, it will be manually given to you
