Sniper Help!!!

hello
i think i am not an bad sniper.At prison i have most of the time 3 times more kills then death!!!
But when i watched this video on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OkTCiN3gphM&feature=fvw i feeel like a real noob.
When you look at these pro snipers in the game it seems that they all Quickscope aslo on long distances.

So do i have to Quickscope everytime to be a real pro?
How can i learn how to play like them?
Are there any other tricks/techniques they use to be so pro?

thats a little example of what the winning team of WOGL tounrney will have to play against ..
Now they're much much better and they got M4 C ..
LifeLine or whoever wins is gonnna get crushed in china !

Dont copy any game styles,play the way you feel comfortable with.

I dont do quicksope and I'm ok sniper (best score 56/30 or something like that). It depends if you have a good team or not; I'm always get killed for behind (with knife several times!).

Try to play more S&D, find good spots on maps for snipe, prison doesn't teach u how to snipe... Try to have more training with quickzoom, it's the best way to learn to snipe almost well...
