I am downloading Crossfire setup now but when i try to open it,it just...wont open

It's because it doesnt want you to play it your Iq isnt high enough.

It takes 3 mins about if you use vista. Turn of UAC and it will be instant.

Ok now i have a new problem -.-
I opened it and asked me if i wanted to run it.so i run it
and then nothing happens there just a file download that stays there and does nothing
