Starting a Team for Wogl and Scrims, etc.
#1 Good Game Sense (a headset helps ^^)
#2 Able to Follow strats
#3 Ability to stay calm in tight situations
#4 (Some players mess around alot) so kdr is important but it doesnt have to be off the charts
#5 Player/Players who WANT to Win

this should be interesting but "good" game sense is very opinionated
