lost my weapons

i sold my mp7 and used my promotion money for acheving sarg to buy like 3 black market crates i won alot of weapons including a p90 for 7 days a type 89 for 7 days a scar light for 7 daysi also lost a handgun that said i had for 30 days because i kept getting it in the crates i also lost a nemorous amount of the paints that you put on the wall and floor i sent msg to cf in a complaint no response what can i do to get my guns back ?
