Had ad block plus and flash block plus since they were released.

As for the skin - Inverted Black and White / Created By idiotima.

EDIT:: The black to red fade at the top is windows customized via Right Click Properties on desktop.

I think its called AZ8.

And yes, use Ad-blocker, something like that, theres a lot of plugins for Firefox to blocking ads and its so useful.
