When I wanna go to the crossfire game. The first time he don't load, and the second time error said; Patcher is already running. Can you help me?

The patcher process is already running

press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to bring up the task manager and end the process if it isnt loading

Press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC then look for a program called "patcher_cf.exe" press 'End Process'
Task manager will ask you to confirm this action, press end process once again.

If that does not work or it says Access Denied, restart your computer.

doesnt work here ... i already tryed to turn off the firewall, avast, ctrl+alt+del, etc... nothing works...
