Thanks for the heads up.

It looks like our actions of taking down their hack/clan site, blocking their hack etc and banning their original accounts has not worked.

So we will have to step it up a notch.

Please keep reporting these types of incidents and we will do our best to handle them.

But as a reminder, please do so by the proper channels. Messaging a GM, or submitting a support ticket.
