I would say "NO" because he glitched first to get the advantage, and you just glitched to get them.(Assuming you got out of the glitch after you killed him.)

Of course you can and will be reported. Glitching is cheating no matter how you look at it. You are exploiting bugs in the game to gain the advantage. So if you don't want to be reported don't do it. -

He isn't using it to cheat... he said he used it to kill the cheater. Even I've done this -_-
