ZP Pints buyed

Hello,
my english is very bad, but i hope you'll understand me.

Yesterday i did buy 20k ZP-Points with PayPal. And today i stil didn't get them. But when i once buyed only 3k ZP-Points, i got them immediatly!
I already wrote to the support, but i get no answer. So can you tell how long i have to wait and if theres maybe any problem?

you cant buy 3k zp for starters and support takes up to 3 days and paypal process payments take different lengths of time to process than others someone posted there payment to receive there zp took 2 days so just wait
