AS for the in-game inbox would the forums just be as good seeing how there is a PM system and all players are registered on the forums already? -

yea thats true but sometimes people are 2 lazy to go on the forums, so if we can send messages to each other, it would be easier like for example
Bob Sent: "Yo dude lets scrim tmrw at 3.00 PM!!"
Dude: "OK!"
