Purchase Issue

Hello I know that I am not supposed to post her but it seems to be my only hope of getting an answer. 3 Days ago I had got enough z8 coupons to buy a permanent gun. When I clicked exchange I got the mp5 adv for 90 days instead. I am aware of the rules if you make a mistake like this one you have to send a ticket immiditly and that is just what I did. It has been 3 days now and I have not got a response back and this problem has not been fixed. I would like for an answer back soon. Thank you
