ZP purchased but not received

Dear sir/miss,

I just bought 5+ k ZP trough PAYMO Pay By Mobile and the money transfer by sms was succesfull but i havent received any ZP yet.

I should have it by now but i dont. Can you please make sure i get it asap?

I have allready filled in a support ticket but a few days back i contacted support regarding another purchase that came up with an error but i havent had any response for that so im hoping you will pick up these issues trough the forum.
