i turned and got a m4a1 adv, some kind of spray and a a swat i looked in my inventory and i didnt get the stuff. wth?

I have had this once before, i opened a crate and got 3x the swat thingy. I think its a bug but i think my crate didnt count tho and i got a new one in replacement...
