They usually respond within 2-5 days. Just be patient or message a MOD. They might help.

MOD's are unable to help with account problems

if youve sent a support ticket then wait a few days. Mondays can be hectic for the GM's as they have to deal with everything thats gone on over the weekend

I was just wondering even if 48 hours have passed, if I sent my support ticket within the 48 hours and they don't respond in the 48 hours, if I'll still be able to get refunded.

Pssh, I accidentally bought a temporary MP5-A with 10 coupons since it automatically selects it when you open the coupon screen, reported it within hours, and guess what happened. >.>

Never used the damn thing once in the whole 90 days I had it.
