Someone Hacked my account

My in game is Xavain and 3 days I noticed my password wasn't working as if someone changed it.
I have reported it to z8games and CM FallenAngel but they don't want to reply to me.
My registered email was invalid so that is why I cant retrieve my login details,
However I do know my login username, my ex password and my secruity question.
Any suggestions on what I should do?
Btw I am obviously writing on my alt account.
