Pictures under the Monaco/Fortress map [I think its Monaco but I cant remember T_T]

Are you sure that it isn't under a different map? It's either Monaco or that FFA map with the large plaza place. Victoria? Something like that. You can glitch under the map and theres a sqare room where the walls have a pattern of this picture of a stick guy hacking and it says please play fair.

There is one in Lost Relics. If you get in spectator mode, follow the "laser" till you out B site, exit the map and keep following the laser for a little bit. If you turn around, you might see this:
