Game Problem

I think this may have been an installation error, but I downloaded the game. (it worked) But when I play a game EVERYTHING is a bunch of white shaded blocks and such, except for the other players and their guns. The screen is slightly moved to the upper left. Otherwise everything works like normal. I had previously completely reinstalled my computer. Just wondering how to fix this. Do I need to download something?
