Hi Guys,
my Friend [SkY]BusTer lost her Acc.
[G.M]Fallen hat asked [SkY]BusTer atthe ID and PW.
He said: [SkY]BusTer, guys said you hack and that i must look,give me your ID and PW.
[SkY]BusTer didn`t know that the guy change the PW.
Please i need the help from a GM (a real GM).

GM'S WILL NEVER ASK FOR YOUR ID OR PASSWORD EVER
it also says this constantly during the game through the Announcements >.>

your idiot friend needs to send a support ticket with enough information to prove ownership of the account.

ways to do this:
Email Registered to account
security answer for your question
any Transaction ID's from purchased zp - if any
IP address account is usually played from

GM's never go on there admin accounts in game unless they are doing an Event i will find this impersonator and report them to a REAL GM so just get your friend to sort out the support ticket
