Is this a bug or update?

For some reason when I play ghost mode, and I am a ghost, I can hear my own breath the way a Global Risk player would. Also for some reason my breath is REALLY loud. On my computer and for Global Risk. It's loud even if I didn't move one single step at the beginning of the game. I can hear it using headphones, but for some reason, Global Risk can hear it even if they don't have headphones and they use speakers. Can someone help me with this, I tried re-installing Crossfire multiple times, but for some reason, no matter what I do, nothing helps. Please help me, Thank you for reading and Thank you even more if you help.

I mean it's REALLY loud, is it normal? Also, Global Risk players hear it as loud as I can, when I join Global Risk, I can't hear anything even when the ghost is in my face. Can you please help with that?

When you say "You're supposed to", do you mean that that's for all players? or Just a certain team?

At the begning of the round its normal breath x8 people :O and you can't hear people because they have breath down.

your own breath is always loud but if you have breath down it will be quieter to everyone else around you.

also there are times when the sound does get bugged and a certain area will start making ghost breathing sound really loud like all the ghosts are around you if you move away from that area then you shouldn't hear it anymore.

if you can hear it loud as GR just normally then the ghost doesn't have sound reduction

Yes all players can hear you and are suppose to even @ what ever volume it is. Its how GR is suppose to find you. It also means don't stay in the same spot for too long. People will notice your breath. Some people are harder to hear simply because they have the breath down. You can also hear your allies breaths as well so thats why it might sounds even louder.

Is this a bug or update?
