Help Blocking Whispers

I don't seem to be able to block my whispers. In the options I did select "Block Whispers" but I keep getting spammed by people. I'm I doing something wrong?

Put them to Block list and they won't bother you.

I've blocked a few of them, but I'm not talking about people who "harass" me... Sometimes I'm not interested to received whispers from my own friends. There's no way where I can turn it off and it appears as "unable to whisper" for them?

better idea than trying to block them if they wont get blocked

print screen there harassment's towards you and send the print screens to a GM they should be then issued with a 3 day ban and a warning if it still continues just keep reporting them the more they continue because the ban length extends

but do be a good sport and pm them warning them you will be reporting them if they continue to harass you. i think its [GM]FallenAngel who deals with the harassment's
